What forms of payment do you accept?
We are proud to accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.  We also accept PayPal on all transactions.

Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes. Ordering online at CARLSGOLFLAND.COM is safe. Our Secure Server guarantees that online credit card transactions at CARLSGOLFLAND.COM are encrypted so that sensitive information is transmitted securely. Also, for your protection, we use an AVS verification system to prevent misuse of your credit card.

Can I place orders with you and not put my credit card on line?
Yes. If you feel more comfortable calling in your order, contact one of our representatives at 1-877-41-CARLS (1-877-412-2757) during business hours (9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. EST), or leave us a message after hours and we will attempt to contact you within 24 hours of receipt of your message. Remember that we are a real live golf store, not just an internet company!  You can call us and ask all golf related questions...

Fax orders to 1-248-335-4150. Be sure to include all necessary information on your fax (i.e. items ordered, quantity, contact information-including a phone number where we can reach you, shipping address, billing address, credit card number and expiration date).

I’m looking for something I can’t seem to find. Like a lost club, a longer club or flat lie can you help me?
Yes. Carl’s Golfland is one of the largest specialty golf retailers in the world. We can order individual irons or special custom fitted clubs for you. Who pays for shipping the product to me?

Carl's Golfand offers *Free Ground Shipping on orders over $99 everday (no coupons or promotions)
Shipping charges are automatically calculated for you when you place your order online and the charge is included in your total. If you do not choose an upgraded method of shipment we will automatically ship your order UPS Ground; however, you may select the upgrade to 2nd day or next day service.  Note: Free Shipping does NOT apply to Ping products!


What is your return policy?
Return authorization is required from CARLSGOLFLAND.COM for any returned merchandise. All merchandise may be returned within 30 days and must be in new, unused condition for a 100% refund or exchange (excluding shipping costs). Special Order and custom items are not returnable under any circumstances. No returns, of any type, will be accepted without a Return Authorization number. Please email us at service@carlsgolfland.com or give a call at 248-335-8095.  Please have your order number ready when calling.

What happens with mis-priced items?
In the event an item is mis-priced, we will attempt to notify you before shipment. Our buyers and competitive specialists make every reasonable effort to insure our online store prices are accurate and competitive. We shop our competitors daily to assure that you are getting the best value in golf equipment. However, due to our massive product offering and our dedication to offer you the lowest online prices, please understand errors can occur. For this reason, CARLSGOLFLAND.COM will make every reasonable effort to correct mis-marked items immediately and has the right not to honor orders that contain gross technical inaccuracies or typographical errors.

Are all products available for overnight shipping?

Yes, for "in stock" products. Same-day shipping is available on orders placed by noon EST Mon-Fri, if the product is in stock at the time the order is received at the warehouse. Sorry, we cannot ship on Saturday or Sunday.

Can you ship my order in partial shipments if one of the items I am ordering is not available right away?

Yes. We do make every effort to ship complete orders although we can process partial shipments; however, additional shipping charges may apply. We will contact you as soon as possible if an item is backordered.

Is your pricing comparable to other golf retailers?
As one of the largest Golf Specialty Retailers in the country, Carl’s Golfland offers you exceptional service, the largest selection and the BEST pricing. We are your "Full Service Dealer" for golf-related products and services. You can consistently find low prices on all your golf equipment needs and safely purchase them online.

What about security?
All credit card purchases you make are backed by our Secure Server Shopping. And CERTIFIED by VeriSign.  We assure you that ordering online is safe. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. All personal information submitted to us is encrypted so that sensitive information is transmitted securely over the Internet. The information is then downloaded to our POS system for processing.

Carlsgolfland.com is also a McAfee Secure site.  It is tested daily to ensure the best security for our customers.

When will my order ship?

All in-stock orders placed by Noon EST will ship that same day.  Orders placed after Noon EST will be shipping the next business day.  Note: Orders placed after Noon EST on Friday will not be shipping until Monday as UPS does not pickup on the weekends.

If an item is backordered or out of stock we will contact you within 1 business day and let you know the availability.  Items "shipping directly from the manufactuer" may take up to 5 days to ship.

How can I track my order?

All tracking information will be emailed to customers daily once our UPS pickup has arrived.  Tracking numbers will be sent out at 5pm EST everyday.  Note: It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated once we send the information to UPS.com
