Sales Tax, Duties and Taxes
CARLSGOLFLAND.COM
shall charge the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to
addresses within Michigan. Each customer shall be solely responsible
for all sales taxes, or other charges such as international duties and taxes on orders shipped to any other
state or country.
Shipping
& Delivery Options
We
will ship your product to you by the best method available for your
specific needs. You have the option of next day, second day or ground
shipping. Shipping charges are automatically calculated for you when
placing an order. Shipping charges are calculated based on the total
weight of all the items in your order. Same Day Shipping is available
on orders placed by 10:00 AM EST Mon-Fri, if the product is in stock at
the time the order is received at the warehouse.
CARLSGOLFLAND.COM does
not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
NOTE:
Due to shipper restrictions we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Please note that 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air service is not available
to P.O. Boxes, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, or APO/FPO addresses.
Standard shipping is via UPS.

At CARLSGOLFLAND.COM we automatically update our online store so that
we may offer our customers the most up-to-date products at the best
prices available. Due to the popularity of some products, we may not
always have an item in stock.
We will accept orders for out of stock items and special order items
to ensure that you will be the first to receive the item once it becomes
available. If an item in your order is not in stock, it will be placed
on backorder and shipped via the shipping method you have selected once

Return/Replacement
and Exchange Policy
No returns, of any type, will be accepted without a Return Approval
number.
CARLSGOLFLAND.COM is confident in the quality of our products. If you
have received a defective product please contact our returns department
within 30 days by email (carlsserivce@carlsgolfland.com) or by phone at 1-877-41-CARLS
(1-877-412-2757) to request a replacement.
Please have the following information at hand when requesting a replacement
(refer to packing slip):
1. Order Number
2. Product SKU or Part Number
3. Bill-to Zip Code
4. Bill-to Phone Number
Please refer to the following instructions when sending your original
item back:
1. All items must be in original, unused condition with all original
packing material, manuals and registration card(s).
2. Remember to include your packing slip from the original order.
3. You must write your Return Approval number on the outside of the
package.
4. Return your package to the address listed below. You must send your
package(s) via UPS, Federal Express, or other delivery service with
tracking information. (Don’t send your package(s) via the U.S. Mail.)
5. All shipping and handling must be prepaid by the customer.

Note: The original item(s) must be received by our warehouse within
10 business days (two calendar weeks) of receipt of your return instructions.
Any discrepancies could result in a delay or complete forfeiture of

Warranty
Information
CARLSGOLFLAND.COM's products are backed by each manufacturer's individual
service and support product warranties. Should a defect in workmanship
or materials occur after purchase, we will send your product back to
the manufacturer for replacement or repair without delay. In some cases
if a product is out of warranty the manufacturer may have charges associated
with the repair. We will notify you of any charges before the product
is repaired. This
policy does
not cover product failure or damage due to improper treatment or usage.

you make a return. No returns will be accepted without an accompanying
return authorization number and a copy of the original invoice.
Credits
Even though we initiate your credit immediately upon receipt of your
return, the credit process generally takes 1-5 business days to process.
Depending on your bank's internal policies, the credit may take longer
to post to your credit card account. Please contact us if you are experiencing
a delay in posting the credit to your account.
