Callaway is bringing versatility and distance to the latest additions to the Apex lineup in 2025 with the Apex TI Super Hybrid, Apex UW and Apex UT.
All three clubs bring different elements to the line, but they’re all focused on long game control and adding new options to your bag. Whether you’re looking for a utility iron, a hybrid or something in between a hybrid and a fairway wood, Callaway gives you every option with the three additions.
Starting with the Apex UT, it’s a utility iron that is built for better players that are looking for an alternative off the tee. Callaway says it has forged feel and Tour precision, all delivered in a sleek, utility iron profile.
The iron has a multi-material construction with a flexible core design built to produce more face flexure and faster ball speeds. The FLEXCORE technology unlocks the face from the sole, which helps deliver consistent shots even when you don’t hit the center of the face.
As Callaway has done with most of its clubs, there is an AI designed face. However, this face is specifically designed for utility irons utilizing artificial intelligences to give you spin consistency and advanced precision for shot-shaping and trajectory control.
The Apex UT is a forged hollow body construction that is enhanced with vibration dampening that gives you incredible feel and performance.
The Apex UW is offered in 17, 19, 21 and 23 degrees in what Callaway describes as Tour-proven versatility, combining the playability of a hybrid with the high launch of a fairway wood.
Seven woods have become popular because of the ability to launch it high and the power of a fairway wood. The UW gives you that fairway wood power, but also has the versatility of a hybrid. You’ll see a higher, more neutral ball flight with the Apex UW that is helped through a tungsten speed wave on the sole.
The speed wave is a 41-gram piece of tungsten that positions the mass low and forward to help with higher ball speeds. In addition to the step sole design that helps with turf interaction, Callaway also utilized a lightweight carbon construction in the had that created a more forgiving club with shot-making ability.
Finally, the Apex TI Super Hybrid speaks for itself. It’s a titanium hybrid with distance and forgiveness combined into one super club.
The TI Super Hybrid is built for players who struggle off the tee or don’t have consistency with their fairway woods.
The titanium face construction allows for greater face flex and gives you fast ball speeds and consistent distance all over the face. The TI Super Hybrid is offered in 16, 18, 21 and 24 degrees and has a compact profile with neutral weighting and a slightly deeper face.
No matter what you’re looking to add near the top of your bag, Callaway’s latest offering provides the distance, consistency and versatility you need in hybrids and utility irons.
