Father's Day Golf Gift Guide

Father’s Day is almost here and finding that perfect golf gift for dad can be a difficult task. We, at Carl’s Golfland, are here to help make your buying experience as easy as possible with our Father's Day Gift Guide.

Even if you aren’t sure what your dad likes or what brands he typically gravitates towards, we have some great options in every category. We broke down gift ideas from new apparel, to shoes, affordable gifts and more so you can show up with confidence that your dad will love his gift this Father’s Day.

Apparel

To start, adidas has a great variety of apparel pieces no matter your dad’s style. You can go with something simple, like the Ultimate365 Jacquard polo shirt or the Ultimate365+ micro print polo paired with the Ultimate 365+ five-pocket golf pant.

Or, you can opt for the Originals all over Trefoil polo with the Ultimate365+ pull-on golf shorts.

Peter Millar has some incredible options, as well, from vests to pullovers and polos, you can always find something your dad will love. The Dashwood, Paper Plane, Ashgrove, In the Rough or Nautilus performance jersey polos are great shirts with a classy look.

If dad likes pullovers and quarter zips that can be worn on or off the course, the Dunes Half-Zip, the Coolspun Lite Cotton Quarter-Zip and the Perth Performance Quarter-Zip are all good options from Peter Millar.

PUMA is a go-to brand that has the ultra-soft Cloudspun fabric available in the Cloudspun quarter-zip, the Tech hoodie, rugby polo, Carmela Floral polo, stripe polo, the Birdseye BN polo and more. The Cloudspun material is fantastic with incredible feel to keep dad comfortable all day, no matter the setting.

PUMA’s 101 Premier golf shorts are also a hit that come in a variety of colors and inseam sizes. If your dad prefers pants over shorts, PUMA’s 101 Premier pants will be right up his alley.

Shoes

Golf shoes can be the perfect accessory to an outfit, but they’re also a part of dad’s golf equipment that can help him play better and have more enjoyable rounds. Whether he’s looking for comfort, fatigue resistance, stability or traction, we have every style and category to choose from.

If he likes a more athletic, sporty option that he can wear on or off the course, you can always go with Samba or Gazelle spikeless shoes, Codechaos or S2G, all from adidas. If he likes a spikeless shoe, but a little more performance as well, the Adizero ZG is a great option that was built to help fight foot fatigue.

If he’s a serious golfer and wants performance and traction, then opt for the Tour360 from adidas, one of the top selling shoes for the brand.

Outside of adidas, FootJoy is another brand with endless options, which includes the ever-popular HyperFlex. It’s a spiked shoe that brings stability and traction, but also has a ton of comfort in a non-traditional look.

If your dad likes the look of a traditional shoe, but wants comfort, the FootJoy Traditions are a great option. The Traditions have a super-cushioned foam underfoot with a molded high-density EVA Fit-Bed provides all-day underfoot comfort.

If he’s a serious golfer, the Premiere is the ultimate shoe built with premium leather uppers and incredible details. FootJoy’s VersaTrax+ outsole has multi-directional traction elements and low-profile Pulsar cleats gives 360-degrees of traction and stability. It’s an elite level shoe worn on Tours around the world.

If he likes to go from work to course, Sun Day Red’s Osprey is a fan favorite and a shoe that can be worn in any situation. It’s a spikeless shoe that offers comfort and sleek styling with multiple color options.

The Tiger Woods brand also has a sporty, more athletic option in the Presidio, that brings the comfort without skimping on function. A torsional traction plate combined with multi-direction lug placement provides excellent traction.

The Pioneer Willow, Cypress and Magnolia are the more traditional options that blend comfort and styling in one.

Electronics

Dad’s love gadgets, so why not combine gadgets and golf with an electronics gift from Carl’s Golfland.

You can start with the rangefinders, which is a hand-held device that helps measure distances to the pin, or any other marker you want to measure.

Bushnell has a number of options at different price points that provide a variety of features. The A1-Slope rangefinder is a compact model with slope technology, PinSeeker with Visual Jolt that vibrates when you lock onto the pin, as well as BITE magnetic capabilities.

The Tour V7 shift has an ultra-sharp dual color OLED display, slope compensation, PinSeeker with Visual JOLT, BITE magnetic cart mount and a range of over 500+ yards and six times magnification.

The V7 Shift works in conjunction with the Bushnell golf app and displays distances, hole layouts and 3D flyovers.

The Orange Tour Hybrid laser golf rangefinder with GPS is a premium offering that has all the same features as the V7 Shift, but also has onboard GPS that offers distances to the front, center and back of the green in the display.

Blue Tees has some great rangefinder options, as well, with the Series 3 Max+, which has a slope switch, advanced flag lock, pulse vibration and built-in magnetic strip. The Captain Air has all the same features, as well as six times optical magnification and a 1,000-yard measurement range and a high-contrast display with dual color mode.

The Captain Air also automatically factors slope, wind, elevation and temperature into your yardages to give you real numbers that you can trust.

Outside of rangefinders, you could always opt for a wearable with a Garmin GPS golf watch that gives hands-free yardages.

Bushnell, Blue Tees and Pinned Golf also offer GPS speakers that mount to your cart and bring a multi-functionality to the speaker.

One of the newer products that has gained traction is Pinned Golf’s The Caddie portable GPS tablet. It’s a touch screen display with a magnetic cart mount that gives a full hole view, hole flyovers and front, back and center distances all with no subscription fees.

Must have clubs

At Carl’s Golfland, we have one of the largest selections of golf clubs and are able to customize options to fit any golfer’s needs.

Driver is typically the most fun club to buy, because who doesn’t love to hit the ball as far as possible? Through advances in technology and artificial intelligence, there are some remarkable driver models with options for every golfer.

PING’s G440 K is the ultimate in forgiveness and stability, but was created to maximize speed as well. It’s one of the more popular driers this year and fits a variety of golfers. You can pair that with a G440 MAX fairway wood, G440 hybrids or G440 irons.

Titleist has a new driver out for 2026 in the GTS line that has improved upon the previous GT models and has been touted as an incredibly fast driver with forgiveness and stability built in. Three different models are available with the GTS2 having speed and forgiveness, the GTS3 is the most adjustable driver Titleist has built and the GTS4 is a low spin option for golfers looking for a penetrating flight.

The GTS fairway woods also have updated features, including a silver face and aerodynamics and shaping updates to create a more balanced option.

The TaylorMade Qi4D drivers have updated aerodynamics and have been created with fitting in mind. TaylorMade updated its shaft offerings and the way they fit for shafts to help golfers more easily find what model is right for them.

Callaway’s Quantum line of drivers are utilizing a multi-material face for the first time ever with a carbon, poly mesh and titanium face that has seen an increase in ball speeds.

Many of the manufacturers focused on developing more speed, COBRA went to forgiveness and created the OPTM drivers with MOI and POI in mind. Essentially trying to shape the driver in a way that would help keep it more balanced and reduce the gear effect from off-center hits. In turn, that would create more accurate shots and less fairways missed.

Outside of drivers, Titleist T-Series irons have models for every golfer, the Mizuno JPX 925 Hot Metal irons are an outstanding blend of speed and forgiveness with Mizuno’s unique manufacturing process to create incredible feel.

Srixon’s ZXi irons can blend seamlessly within the different models to create blended sets to help maximize workability and forgiveness.

To round out dad’s bag, you can also get him a set of new wedges to up his short game. Vokey’s SM11 wedges are the latest iteration with updated center of gravity options to optimize ball flight. The TaylorMade MG5 wedges have a ton of grind and bounce options for every golfer’s swing and Cleveland’s RTZ wedges were created with a unique material to bring excellent feel around the greens.

We have all the great options in one easy to shop spot for you on our gift guide, as well.

Golf Balls

Golf Balls can make for a great gift for any golfer, because everyone needs them. There are quite a few options, though, and depending on the type of golfer your father is, he might need a specific model.

Titleist has the Tour level Pro V1 and Pro V1x, which are part of the group that makes up the most used golf balls on Tour. The Pro V1x is going to give higher launch and spin with a firmer feel, where the Pro V1 is going to be mid-flight, soft feel and low spin with driver and long game irons.

Srixon offers Z-STAR and Z-STAR Diamond options, as well as Q-STAR ULTISPEED, which offers the maximum in distance. Or, if your golfer prefers a softer feel, you can go with the Srixon SOFT FEEL balls.

Similarly, TaylorMade’s TP5 and TP5x are both premium balls that offer high performance and can be customized or come with graphics in the TP5 pix models.

Callaway’s Chrome Tour family is also a great option and has been updated and improved upon for the 2026 season to bring better performance.

Bridgestone has also updated its Tour B family with Velosurge, an improvement to the core and mantle that have seen massive gains in ball speed and distance.

Golf Bags

To find the best golf bag for dad, first find out if he wants a cart bag, a stand bag or a hybrid that will allow him to ride or carry when he wants.

If he wants a cart bag, then make sure to look at all of our options with club dividers, storage and amenities to fit his needs for that perfect ride. If he likes a stand bag, maybe he’ll want a lighter weight Jones bag to carry, or maybe he still wants a ton of storage with the option to carry and you can opt for a PING Hoofer.

No matter what he’s looking for, a golf bag is a great gift option.

For the beginner golfer

Father’s Day is all about making things easier for dad, so let’s make sure he’s properly geared up if he just picked up the game or is about to get into golf for the first time.

He’ll need a great pair of shoes, and you’ll have a ton to choose from.

If he doesn’t have a set of clubs yet, or needs an upgrade, you can opt for a package set to make it as easy as possible. The package sets come with a full set of irons, woods, driver and putter, along with a bag.

Make sure he’s stocked up on some forgiving golf balls, a glove, the perfect outfit and maybe a hat to top it all off. Oh, and don’t forget the tees and maybe toss in a towel.

For the serious golfer

If your dad is a regular on the course, then you’re going to want to make sure you equip him with the best of the best.

If he’s looking for a new driver, Titleist GTS, Callaway Quantum Triple Diamond Max, TaylorMade Qi4D LS, Mizuno JPX One and PING G440 K are great starting points. Most serious golfers also care about their putter and you can start by looking at Scotty Cameron Phantom 7.5 putters, L.A.B. Golf DF3, PING Scottsdale Anser 2D, TaylorMade Spider ZT or a Toulon putter to have that custom look.

Every serious golfer needs a rangefinder to dial in his yardage and we have some great deals on the top brands.

A Jones Trouper 3.0 stand bag, a PING Hoofer 14, a Titleist LinksLegend or a Callaway Fairway C stand bag would all be great options for any serious golfer in your life, as well.

You can finish off the gift with a TaylorMade Tour Preferred golf glove, or a Callaway Tour Authentic glove, a Titleist Players glove, or perhaps a PING Tour glove.

No matter what you choose on this list or from our gift guide, you’re sure to make your dad happy this Father’s Day.
