Mizuno added to its Pro series lineup with all new finishes to the Pro T-1 and Pro T-3 wedges, giving golfers premium options with distinct benefits.
Mizuno has taken the shape and look of its Pro Series line and brought it to life through these two offerings in wedges. Both wedges bring the feel and performance you would expect from a Mizuno club along with the technology to give you versatility and options around the green.
Now, both are available in eye popping finishes with the T-1 coming in the Denim Copper look and the T-3 in Black Ion.
The Pro T-1 is a blade style wedge, typically for more confident players, looking for the compact size, teardrop shaped wedge. The T-1 wedge is built through Mizuno’s grain flow forged HD process from 1025E pure select mild carbon steel with a copper underlay.
The T-1 is offered in six different grinds and now comes in the Denim Copper finish, which is a timeless look similar to a brushed copper with grain visible on the wedge.
The T-3 wedge is still for the confident golfer around the green, but is built with a shallow cavity back, combined with a longer head shape than the T-1. That brings increased stability on off-center strikes.
Golfers looking for a touch more forgiveness, while also seeking feel, will love the T-3 wedge. The T-3 is now available in the Black Ion finish in an elegant package.
Both wedges feature the quad cut + hydroflow micro grooves, which helps with consistent spin and channeling water away from the surface.
Mizuno says the two new finishes are intended to provide players with greater visual choice, while preserving the integrity and performance characteristics that define each model.
