Titleist has built out its offerings in the Pro V1 lineup for different trajectories, feel and spin options. The brand has now added to that lineup with the all-new Pro V1 left dot option.
The Pro V1 is typically for players looking for mid-flight, soft feel, low iron and driver spin with very high short game spin. While the Pro V1x is a firmer feeling ball with high trajectory, low driver spin, mid-iron spin and very high short game spin.
Titleist also brought in Pro V1 left dash, which is a high flight ball with firm feel, but with very low driver and long iron spin and very high short game spin. It’s built for players looking for high flight and low spin.
With Pro V1 left dot, Titleist now has an option for players looking for a more penetrating trajectory along with lower long-game spin than the Pro V1.
Pro V1 left dot will have lower flight than Pro V1 with similar soft feel, as well as drop-and-stop short game control. It’s constructed from a soft cast urethane elastomer cover system and a fast low spin casing layer.
Pro V1 left dot was originally a prototype for Tour players who preferred Pro V1, but were looking for a lower trajectory and less spin. That golf ball is now available to every golfer looking for the same results.
