The super game improvement Tour Edge Hot Launch E522 Wedges feature Tour Edge's Houdini Sole with a curved leading edge that reduces turf interaction by 35%, creating a no dig design that leads to less shots where the turf is struck first, commonly known as a "duff".  Additionally, the sole is super-wide and heavier to help eliminate flubs and provide superior contact on chips, pitches, explosions from the sand, shots from the rough, flops, and bump-and-runs.

On the back of the E522, you'll find a extremely deep undercut cavity which dramatically lowers the center of gravity for ultimate forgiveness.  Not only does the design add forgiveness, it also creates a higher launch with increased spin, improving playability from the sand and rough.  The cavity works in perfect harmony with the wedge's extra large face, which provides more striking area for enhanced consistency and forgiveness.
