Getting new gear is fun, but getting rid of your old gear for top dollar might be even better. Well, probably not, but it's still great. Package up your gear in any box and send it back our way utilizing our FREE Returns Portal. When filling out your label, please select "Callaway Trade-In" from the "What type of Item are you returning?" This will help our returns team identify your return and get your refund coming your way ASAP.

You know what your clubs are worth, you've made your purchase and you've now set up your FREE return label to send your gear back to us. Now all you need to do is take your trade-in gear to a local UPS drop-off point. Your gear should arrive back at our facility within 1-5 business days once it's dropped off. We'll quickly process (2-3 business days) your trade-in REFUND back to your original payment method on your eligible order.

Again, we'll process your bonus trade-in refund to your eligible order in just a few business days. Depending on the nature of your order (stock or custom), you may already have received your NEW GEAR. Now get out there and enjoy your new Callaway product with some extra cash in your pocket.
