At Carl’s Golfland, our first concern is your 100% satisfaction. That’s why we offer the best return policy in all of golf - FREE RETURNS on purchases made directly on carlsgolfland.com, over the phone or in-store with us! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 30 days of purchase FOR FREE, and you will receive a full refund of your original purchase price. FREE RETURNS only applies for shipments within the continental United States.

If you want to exchange an item for whatever reason (size, color, etc), you must return the original item using this service and re-buy the desired item using the normal purchase method on carlsgolfland.com.
The following products may NOT be returned:
- Special orders
- Custom golf clubs
- Personalized items
- Returns must be completed within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise.
- Note: If the purchased merchandise qualified for one of our “Buy More” promotions, and you’ve decided to return one or more of those items, your promotional discount will be adjusted when processing your refund. Example –You purchased 2 sale shoes for $49.99 and received $5 off each pair ($44.99 x 2 = $89.98). If you choose to return 1 pair for a refund, your promotional pricing will no longer apply as only 1 pair was kept. You’d receive a $39.99 refund (Original Shoe Price $49.99 – Total Promotional Discount $10 = $39.99).
- Products may also be returned to any Carl’s Golfland store. If you purchase online you can return in the store or ship it back to us.
- Please use the form on our Free Returns Page to generate your FREE return label. Once you have completed the form you can either print the label at that time or have it emailed to yourself to print at a later time. All fields marked with a diamond are required must be completed.
- In order to assure a full and timely refund you must send the NEW / UNUSED product back in its original packaging or similar new packaging with all supporting items that came with it (such as head cover, wrench, etc.) and a copy of your original invoice. You will be charged for any missing items not returned.
- If an item sent back for return is deemed to have been used and cannot be sold as new we will have to pro-rate the value of your refund or refuse the item upon arrival.
