PING G430 LST 3 Wood

The PING G430 LST 3-Wood, PING's lowest spinning fairway, is engineered with a multi-material construction similar to that of a driver, combining a 2041 Beta-Ti face, Ti 8-1-1 body, and 80-gram tungsten sole plate.  Replacing traditionally used steel with titanium creates an incredibly hot face.  When fused with the massive sole weight, this unique construction yields a low and back center of gravity, resulting in blistering ball speeds with reduced spin.  The design is so effective that PING claims the G430 LST produces an average of seven yards more distance.

Also new to the G430 LST 3-Wood is a game-changing technology called Carbonfly Wrap.  Consisting of a lightweight composite crown that wraps into the heel and toe sections of the skirt, Carbonfly Wrap generates weight savings that PING strategically relocated lower in the head to generate higher, longer carries.  This impressive technology also positions the CG closer to the force line, bolstering the fairway's already prodigious ball speed capabilities.
