The original Spider Tour revolutionized the putting world, spawning an industry's worth of imitations, and TaylorMade's latest offering continues to deliver legendary Spider performance.
Every model in the Spider Tour family is engineered with a stable steel wireframe chassis, and a thin wall undercut construction that removes a great deal of mass from the center of the head. When combined with TSS edge weights, this formula shifts the vast majority of weight to the perimeter of the putter, resulting in exceptionally high MOI and forgiveness.
TaylorMade finishes the Spider Tour Series models with their White TPU Pure Roll Insert. The insert's grooves are angled at 45 degrees to create immediate topspin and forward, producing putts that track toward their intended destination and resist falling offline. Additionally, the Pure Roll's Surlyn and aluminum construction delivers outstanding sound and feel at impact.
The standard Spider Tour's rear TSS weights make it one of the most forgiving models in the lineup. With 29 degrees of toe hang, this putter is suited to players with a moderate amount of arc and face rotation in their putting stroke.
